… to Livestock Health South East – an innovative approach to improving animal health and welfare across the South East of England.

Livestock farmers in the region will be able to access the most up-to-date information to help them maintain and improve the health of their stock, ensuring the sustainability of farming in the region.

Farmers can choose to attend meetings and discussion groups, complete on-line training and receive one-to-one veterinary advice, all tailored to meet their needs.

Livestock Health South East is different, in that it has brought together the key livestock health organisations, who are working together to deliver a co-ordinated programme of training and knowledge transfer activities.

Emerging issues will be addressed quickly, so that farmers receive clear, consistent messages at the time when they are needed most.

Livestock Health South East is funded by SEEDA under the Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE).
