Livestock Health South East has brought together the key livestock health organisations, who are working together to deliver a co-ordinated programme of training and knowledge transfer activities.

Funded by statutory levy, EBLEX Ltd delivers innovative technology transfer and market information services to businesses across the beef and lamb supply chain.

Marketing and promotional activity is carried out under the EBLEX Quality Standard Scheme, which is the UK’s only beef and lamb assurance scheme to include an eating quality requirement.
